Like its sister company, Polar Skate co., Last Resort focuses on quality, style & practicality. Skate shoes made comfort, durability & board feel in mind. Co-founder Pontus Alv, as a leader in the small (skater-owned) company resurgence & the DIY movement, has taken it upon himself, once again, to compete with the big corps that have taken over the market & a lot of space in the skate shops' walls. No gimmicks, just with what works.

The shoes in their look may be simplistic, but in terms of materials, design and construction they're nothing short of great, with a great fit. As co-owner Pontus said, "If you can't find it - design it. If you are unhappy with something - well, shut up and make it better." And the whole world knows how he solved the skater's "pants nightmare" with his other brand, Polar. Can't wait to see what this new skater-owned company is up to, in terms of shoes and accessories, but also in projects and collaborations -- with David Stenstrom, Frankie Decker, Kiki Kakitani, Paul Grund and more in the team.
